We have again changed our window display and now show some of the latest Sanderson, Painters Garden collection and a selection of Cole & Sons wallpaper.

We are working on a wacky window display in Designers Guild Fabrics.  It will be a little different for us and we hope it will bring a smile to your faces.

We hold the majority of Designers Guild pattern books along with many sample hangers and if we don’t have it we can certainly get it for you.

Don’t forget we have one of the largest collection of fabric and wallpaper libraries in the area and we are always happy to guide you through them to find the right fabric for you.   Keep watching the windows!!!!!!

We now have available “Beadfit” blinds in pleated, venetian and roller.  The brackets for the blinds fit behind the rubber seal of a double glazed unit and require no screws.

Ideal for “tilt and turn” windows but dozens of other application.  Eg doors.  The rail is very small so the door can open all the way without being restricted by the blind

David has recently completed a two day training course with Silent Gliss at their head office in Kent  

The course was an overview of all their products from a simple curtain track to a complex Wintergarden blind system used in a public building.

What was clear over the course was that they continually strive to achieve a better product.  We mainly use them for curtain tracks but they have a wide range of products including blinds and fabrics.

One of their mottos is “Fit and Forget” which is why we introduced them into our range at the shop last year.  All curtain tracks are siliconised allowing the components to glide more easily than most curtain tracks on the market.  The “plastic” parts are nylon which is strong and durable and all their products are backed by a five year guarantee.

We regularly attend training courses of our suppliers in order to provide our customers with the best options for their particular job.
